Absolutely great board, and quick service
We have bought another Aquaplanet Max because we are so pleased with our first one (still going well after 3 years of summertime use). The whole family enjoys the board, inc grandson of 8, with supervision - which is why we need a second Max to share! The carrier bag is great for toting to the beach and fitting all the gear of paddles, pump etc. The repair kit handy, but not yet needed, and the extra drybag is welcome. Service from Aquaplanet was great, especially as we needed to change the delivery address; handled efficiently via a phone call to Aquaplanet. We are not expert paddleboarders and this Max suits us all brilliantly.
Excellent board with everything needed to get started. I’ve had a blast exploring the rivers of Oxford with friends. Arrived really quickly.

The Aquaplanet Max is not a good board for beginners contrary to description, it’s an unstable board that is ‘twitchy’ & wobbly, bought it for my husband who is new to paddleboarding & sold it 1 week later for this reason. I have the Aquaplanet ‘Rockit’ board & much more stable. Tried to post a review previously & it wasn’t put on the Aquaplanet website which is disappointing, maybe they only post 4/5 star reviews, so I’ve tried again, if not it will be Trustpilot

Store owner replied: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that your husband did not find the Max board stable enough. We did contact him directly about this. We appreciate that the Max may not be suitable for everyone, but it has proved to be popular with our customers, many of whom are beginners. The Max measures 10'6 long, 31" wide and 6" deeps, which is generally stable enough for beginners, but as provides progression opportunity as it is more manoeuvrable than a wider board. The width of a board usually correlates with the stability of the board, and the length with speed and manoeuvrability. For example, a board that is 34" wide and 10'8 long, will be much more stable in the water than one that is 31" wide and 10'6 long, but it will also be a lot slower in the water as well, as the wider board creates more drag. In addition to this, the Max is a 6" thick board, whereas there are other boards which might 4.75-5" in thickness. The depth of the board impacts the way a board moves through the water. A 6" board will sit more on top of the water, which will result in more movement from side to side - compared to a thinner board which is in the water more, so controlling the direction is easier. The Rockit board is a thinner board at 5" thick, so it already sits lower in the water, which will make it easier to control on the water, as there is less movement from side to side. On top of this, the width to length ratio (31" to 10'2") does mean the board will be more stable as well. We are of course sorry to hear that you found that this was not the right board for you, and hope that you have been able to continue your paddling adventures.
The p reviews for it were amazing. They weren’t wrong, it handles so well, balances easily and is very fast and sturdy. My best ever purchase. Would definitely recommend getting the electric pump for weaker buyers, as a lot of strength is needed to pump it up.
Did a lot of research before I decided to buy a Aquaplanet board. Was really impressed with the board and the whole kit. I’ve used it and it was easy to set up and sturdy on the water. Great purchase.

I really love this board and all the attachments and info that came with it. Unfortunately I have only used the board a few times but I find it great to get out with friends and I have become more sociable. I have also found it has been good for my mental health, fitness and stamina.

Good board and great fun. budget pump and paddle are noticeable but it does the job for the price. Handles are to small to get my hand in comfortably if you are a bloke. They need more space for fit your hand in.

I'm new to SUP, but after having a go on a friends board last year decided to invest and am I glad I did. I brought a board about a month ago and didn't plan to use it till later in the year (when i had warmed up) but with the lovely weather over the weekend, I walked to the beach near where I live. It didn't really take love to inflate the board. I then ventured out into the sea. after a few dunkings I managed to get to grips with my balance and stayed upright for longer periods. hope the weather lasts
We ordered this board as a family Christmas present. As it happened, the wrong board was sent, but the company sorted it out rapidly without any hassle. Very polite and professional. Now we have our board and can't wait to get out on the water.
Having tried and failed to buy an isup from another online retailer with the items being lost in the post TWICE. I came to Aquaplanet and got FIRST class service. Ordered the max isup and it arrived 2 days later. Unpacked and inflated to check all ok and no surprises but it’s all perfect. The board looks gorgeous all the accessories are quality items. Can't fault the customer service. I ordered my paddleboard on pre order which said to be shipped out on the 25th Aug . I did get a little anxious as we are going on holiday and given the recent review of not receiving their sup on time. I thought I will have to hire. However received the paddleboard this morning 26th. Customer service was great as they kept me updated. Love the board good quality etc and a free camera thrown in .
It was suppose to be preorder, but my board was shipped immediately and I received it four days later - all the better for me, I wasn’t expecting to get it before September :) It seems decent quality, went straight out to test it. I used much more expensive boards during paddle boarding course, and I’m very happy with this one - the quality for the price you pay is really good. Also love the colours, I’m so glad I waited until it was in stock 🌈 I will probably get a different paddle, as this one feels a bit wobbly on the joint close to the paddle blade, and the leash feels quite short, but honestly, for this price I absolutely recommend!
Great delivery, and an even better board used for the first time in sea was excellent, didn’t take long to pump up between 5-10 mins the dual action pump make it light work
The board arrived speedily I had ordered mine at the end of June so very little wait time it arrived at the beginning of July and have used it every weekend since - my friends and I have had a lot of fun using it.....customer services are great although not overly helpful when I rang up with enquired at the beginning....few problems switch some of the kit but they rectified this very quickly!! I've already ruined my paddle....beware of sand! My paddle is stuck in one position and it's a bit short!! .....I would recommend a lesson for safety tips and how to self rescue. The board is great if you're starting out and not too sure what you're looking for, I've used mine canal/river and sea.

Have just received our MAX board and couldn't be happier. Obviously not had a chance to try out and doubt we will until the spring. Customer Services were great with suggesting which board to buy. I ordered the board on Tuesday and was delivered on Saturday. We inflated the board today which only took 10 minutes. Very happy so far.
This is such an amazing value board. The kit provided and quality when using the board is comparable with much more expensive boards. Incredibly stable when paddling and copes well on flat water as well as choppier water out in the sea. Used it several times around the Isle of Man coast and not once fell off! A good board for SUP Yoga, beginners and those who want something stable for long paddles. I am currently using the manual pump to inflate it, and warning, it really is a workout! Although, it seems to be getting easier after every paddle, and is the same with other brands too. Takes around 20 mins for me to inflate. If you're not very strong, definitely think about getting an electric pump. But overall, no problems with the kit, seems to be holding up well after a month of use so 10/10 would recommend.

I love the board but somehow the locking pin to the bottom fin was lost after only the second time I took it out. It took a little digging to contact customer support but when I did they immediately shipped out a new locking pin. Very impressed and relieved since this SUP was a ton of fun and I am looking forward to being out in the water again!

Comment configurer mon tableau ?

Déballez et déroulez votre toute nouvelle planche et gonflez-la à la perfection en suivant nos instructions pratiques. La jauge peut prendre quelques minutes pour s'enregistrer, alors continuez à pomper avec le cadran réglé sur « 2 » ou double action jusqu'à ce qu'il atteigne 15-17 PSI (pour notre gamme de loisirs).
Une fois gonflé, fixez l'aileron et installez votre pagaie à la hauteur parfaite à l'aide du levier central facile à utiliser.
